How To Get Rid Of Carpet Beetles
Vacuum all the areas where you notice such eggs or larvae and do this frequently, to get rid of every egg or larva. Do not leave clothes or other materials lying around, as the larvae could use these as a source of food. Carpet beetles could also leave their eggs in birds nests or bee hives and if there any around your house, you would do well to get rid of these before they become hosts to the carpet beetles. Spray all the areas where you have noticed the larvae with insecticide and also any other place where you have a suspicion of their visitation. Once you have taken all these actions, the carpet beetles will have no place to lay their eggs and may therefore leave your house well alone.
